Fred and Esther were third generation owners of a farm.  They decided to retire from farming and their children had no interest in farming.  The Irvings wanted to hold onto the farm so they could fund their grandchildren’s education, but they didn’t really want to be landlords renting it out.

At the same time, Fred & Esther wanted to do something to support a local non-profit organization that helped disadvantaged children.  They didn’t know what to do.

Concentrix partners showed the Irvings how they could give their farm to the organization to sell, receive a large, immediate tax deduction, pay for the grandchildren’s education and provide a major windfall for the organization so they could expand their services to help area children.
