Mr. Osgood is a primary owner of a very successful company and has provided an appropriate benefit program for his employees. However, one of his employees, Cynthia, recently has had a medical catastrophe. Cynthia’s child needed an organ transplant. When the time came for the child to receive the organ transplant, the insurance company decided, because of complicated medical situations, they would move somebody else’s child up on the organ donor list. During the time that this was transpiring the child got exceedingly worse.
Concentrix partners showed the Osgoods how to secure a position in a little-known professional advocacy program through their benefits package that, with knowledge and experience in the medical and insurance field, would represent the family in negotiations with the insurance company without incurring the major legal cost that would normally be incurred.
